Milkmond 12-Month Limited Warranty
 

Milkmond, a brand of Eunoia360 LLC ("Milkmond," "we," "us," or "our"), warrants to you, the original end-user purchaser ("you"), that the Milkmond NM-100 Nut Milk Maker (the "Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original retail purchase (the "Warranty Period"), subject to the terms below.

1. Who is covered.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable. It applies only to Products purchased new from Milkmond or a Milkmond-authorized reseller, for personal household use, in the United States. Valid proof of purchase (such as your Amazon order number or a dated receipt) is required for any claim.

2. What is covered.

Defects in materials and workmanship that affect the Product's function under normal household use in accordance with the instruction manual — including the motor, heating element, electronic controls, power cord and connector, and leaks caused by a manufacturing fault.

3. What we will do.

If a covered defect appears during the Warranty Period, Milkmond will, at its sole option and at no charge to you, either (a) provide a replacement Product (which may be new or equivalent to new in performance and appearance), or (b) refund the original purchase price of the Product. Milkmond does not offer repair service for the Product. These are your sole and exclusive remedies under this warranty. You are entitled to one remedy per Product; a replacement Product is warranted only for the remainder of the original Warranty Period and does not begin a new one.

4. Verifying a claim.

Milkmond may require reasonable information to confirm that a defect is covered, including a photograph or short video of the issue, a brief description of what occurred, and proof of purchase. Milkmond does not normally require you to return the Product; however, Milkmond reserves the right, at its discretion, to request return of the Product (at Milkmond's expense, using a prepaid label) before providing a remedy. Milkmond, acting reasonably, will determine whether a claimed defect is covered by this warranty.

5. What is not covered.

This warranty does not cover, and Milkmond is not responsible for:
- Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage (scratches, marks, discoloration) that does not affect the Product's function;
- Damage resulting from failure to operate and maintain the Product in accordance with the instruction manual — including overfilling above the maximum line, processing unsuitable or oversized ingredients, immersing the base in water, or improper cleaning;
- Consumable and replaceable accessories, including the organic cotton filter bag, cleaning brush, and measuring cup;
- Damage from accident, misuse, abuse, dropping, spills, or neglect;
- Damage from power surges, incorrect voltage, or use with an electrical supply other than the standard U.S. supply (120V, 60Hz);
- Products used for commercial, rental, or any non-household purpose;
- Products that have been modified, tampered with, opened, or serviced by anyone other than Milkmond;
- Theft or loss of the Product, or damage occurring after delivery that is not caused by a manufacturing defect;
- Any Product without valid proof of purchase, or purchased from an unauthorized reseller.

6. How to make a claim.

Email hello@milkmond.com during the Warranty Period, promptly after discovering the issue, with: (1) your order number or proof of purchase; (2) a short description of the problem and what happened; and (3) a photo or short video showing the issue. Many concerns can be resolved quickly by email using the troubleshooting steps in your manual. If we confirm a covered defect, we will arrange your remedy, typically within two (2) business days of confirming the claim.

7. Product registration (optional).

Registering your Product at milkmond.com/register helps us serve you faster and keep you informed. Registration is not required, and failure to register will not reduce or affect your warranty rights.
