Milkmond Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when choosing Milkmond. If your product isn’t the perfect fit, our return process is simple — but it must follow proper usage and care guidelines.

30-Day Return Guarantee
​

You may return your Milkmond Nut Milk Maker within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as:

  • All original accessories are included

  • The product is in good physical condition

  • There is no damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or incorrect cleaning

Water Damage is Not Covered

To protect the motor and electrical components, the Milkmond Nut Milk Maker must NOT be rinsed from the bottom, submerged in water, or exposed to water around the plug or heating base.

Any damage caused by water entering the bottom, plug area, or electrical components will void the return eligibility and warranty.

This includes:

  • Rinsing or washing the bottom area under running water

  • Submerging the machine in a sink

  • Getting water near the charging/plug port

Only the upper container interior should be washed.

Defective or Damaged on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged or develops a genuine manufacturing defect within the first 30 days, we will:

  • Replace it at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund

This does not include issues caused by improper cleaning or water exposure.

To file a claim, email:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video of the issue

Response time: within 24 hours.
